    WOD: Amrap in 10 min.

    1.3m run- with sprints

    70# Farmers carry- 4 lengths with break after 2. Start each with 5 dips on KB

    20 toes past post- as close to head as possible

    Skill handstand hold- once Kevin helped with my leg up I could hold it for a little. Felt better when I was up there than I have in the past… So that’s a PR lol

    Handstand holds – no problem against the wall, actually had an unofficial 2-3 seconds balanced a couple inches away from the wall. Then off the wall with Kevin – sorry about the trust issues
