    Went too light on the lunges. My shoulder was cranky this AM but once warmed up it was ok. could of went to ~55.

    Could have went heavier on OH lunges they felt great. I can’t quite get the kip on the K2E, more like knees to triceps so decided on the rings to get better reps. Need to practice these. Good class thanks Kevin! Nice work 6amers.

    100 or 105 would have been manageable, but got “tough as cast” later in the rounds. K2E went pretty smooth but probably too fast as breathing didn’t help the OH lunges. Sets of 5 would help for next time.

    Didn’t get to do the 500m row yesterday as Holly needed attention and then fell asleep on me…so I did it today.

    500m row – 1:54.1 PR!

    I haven’t had a 500m pr since Rideout st (aka very long time) so yay!
