    Rx’d 11 rounds.
    Goal was to keep under 2 mind per round. Starting to figure out this pacing thing.. Lol
    Did the power cleans as muscle cleans, knee was not liking dropping under, just made sure to use lots of hips. Also butterfly C2b’s were going pretty good. Never stopped picked a pace and stuck with it.

    I don’t think I’ve tried 1RM for FS before but my 3RM was 125# and my theoretical 1RM was 140#. So close… Next time!

    • Screwed up on the strength percent. Jumped to 105 too fast. Then had time…so I tried 115. Felt good but that is heavier than my 75%.
