      Was fun, great job everyone! Im happy when I see people sticking to a good pace throughout!

      only took one break in each rounds of 25 (15-10), 20 (10-10) and 15 (10-5)… 10 & 5′s were unbroken.

    CrossFit Kids

    WU – Med ball roll
    Skill – Cleans
    WOD – AMRAP 6min
    5 skin the cat on rings
    10 cleans
    15 skips
    Game – Thief game (crossfit style of course)

    Had 2 kid athletes who never did skin the cat, but rocked it today.

    Just confirmed another hockey team for 10 sessions. AWESOME!

    Rx, but Jen used the 24# box jumps. We switched up every 10 reps. Worked out well.
