All by 3 trying to land in full squat, hips were coming up before chest, thanks Amanda. Also as it got a little heavy I had a hard time dropping down. At 95 I was going right to the bottom. 135 only dropping half way. Weight doesn’t feel heavy to me but just gotta keep practicing. Fun class. Thanks Amanda great coaching this morning

Very humbling going from a 135# Power Snatch to struggling with a 95# hang squat snatch, but I feel like I corrected a few major issues that had been limiting me so I call it a good day!
Footwork, dipping, dropping… feeling much better about the whole lift.
REALLY great coaching Kevin. Thanks to you I was able to get this 300# snatch lift at the end of class…

Row 100m x4 (w/ rest btwn) = 19s/18s/18s/18s …trying to break 18s/100m to get 1:30/500m. Considering the lack of momentum on the first pull(s), I will take it.
Perhaps “El Luchador” can give you some rowing tips?
What’s your best 500m row now? I’d like to get a sub-1:30 time too, but I’m just hovering around 1:38. My PR is 1:35.
I think I’ll try experimenting with 100m sprints too. I should probably try longer distances too, I usually slow down the most in the last 20 to 25 seconds.

feels so light when you nail the technique on a lift makes me always want to go heavier but the prep course was waiting for us to leave so figured i should move
. Best part about it is knowing my technique was good on it makes it feel all the better.
