    KBS: 35lbs @ 10feet: 9-10-9-9-9-9-9-9 = 73 reps

    Double Under’s: 30-36-30-26-27-30-26-25= 230 reps

    Worked on power snatch 3(35) 3(55) 3(60) 3 (65)

    Modified “the seven”
    7 HSPU (abmat for the first round, then added a 10 pound plate)
    7 thrusters (65lbs)
    7 k2e
    7 DL (135lbs)
    7 burpees
    7 KBS (35lbs)
    7 pull-ups

    Just did 5 rounds plus 4 DL
    20 minutes

    Thanks Jeff and Corinna for the tips on my wall ball technique.. The littlest things can make the biggest difference.
