3 cleans @ 75# 6 burpees 9 box jumps 12 KBS @ 35# 15 sit-ups
Total 7 rounds + 10 sit-ups This was a tough one! Thanks for the cheers Blake!

Max. Height Box Jump 47″! (PR of 2″ I hink)
Added a 25″ plate to a 24″ box + 5 45# plates (old PR). I added another 10# plate but could not stick the landing. I know I can hit the 50″ mark but it’s more of a mental than physical battle.
– 3 Power Cleans @ 135# – 6 Burpees – 9 Box Jumps @24″ – 12 KBS @ 53# – 15 sit-ups
8 rounds even…JUST squeezed in last sit-up at 19:59. Fun, challenging WOD. Thanks SO much Corinna for opening the box!
