First off, what an awesome Challenge! There were so many performance gains and so much fat loss in such a short amount of time. I’m blown away by everyone’s results. People have been telling me how much better they feel as well, getting quality sleep and having more energy.
With all of these fantastic results, it was VERY hard to choose just one winner. To me, you’re all winners for taking on this challenge. After much deliberation with the other judges, we came to a decision.

WOD @ 210# (WOOPS, was supposed to be 190 but slapped on 35′s instead of 25′s and well, Kevin noticed at round 2, while I was wondering why I was feeling so weak while doing the deadlifts and how F#$%ing heavy they were.
Crossfiter tip of the day: Choose your weight wisely, and double check your plates!
Total: 58 burpees I’m pretty sure my deadlift form sucked a few times and I could remove 5 or 10 burpees out of that total!
Wow! Sometimes it’s those little mistakes that make you push yourself beyond what you think you can do!

I’m really impressed with the paleo challengers this year. There’s no doubt in my mind that paleo is the healthiest way to eat. But it’s not the easiest to adapt to. So, cudos to all who decided to make a change.
