I didn’t hit myself in the face on the 2-fer-1′s with the med ball, but I did somehow almost manage to hit Blake while he was doing his situps. Sorry Blake. lol

First day back after vacation. I probably could have gotten this RX under 10 minutes but it would have been close. Throwing the ball isn’t the issue, for me it was running out of gas. Definately sweated out some of the badness from last week. Now back to paleo.
