    QOD: Squat Snatch

  10. Mario
    October 19, 2012 at 8:45 am #

QOD: In terms of technique, the squat snatch is challenging for me. I can still power snatch more than my squat snatch… But as far as general progress, I now feel like shoulder press and deadlift are challenging as they seem to have reached a bit of plateau.
