I used the remaining few minutes to stretch, because it’s something that I often neglect, at the end of a class.
I love double strength days. Just shut off the brain and lift heavy stuff. Great stress relief. Kudos to you for taking time to stretch…something I should do more often, too.

Thanks for the help with my Deadlifts today Kevin ! I THINK I get it now haha ! I decided to go back to 115lbs for my last reps after I understood how to use the appropriate technique. I wanted to make sure I really knew how to lift all this weight before I try to go over 120lbs. It was nice to work on strengths today with the coach right there to watch and guide us
