    This was a tough one for me. I probably wouldn’t have finished in time if it wasn’t for the encouragement! Thanks guys.
    Why is it that I can rattle off 15-20 DU’s in a row during practice but as soon as time counts I trip over every third one?

    MOB WU x 1 ( running a little late)

    Strength: Push Jerk x 5
    135, 140, 150, 160, 140 for the last set to fix technique.

    WOD:

    50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders Scaled single unders 150, 120, 90, 60, 30
    10-10-10-10-10 Burpees

    Scaled to single under due to shin splint recovery and was right to do so as there was no pain again today. I will reintroduce double unders in to my work outs in November.

      In my oxygen deprived state I forgot to thank Coach Kevin. Also, those coaxing me to finish…especially Terry with the oh so obvious, “get up” when I went down for my burpees that last round and didn’t think that was possible.

    Yeah! First time leaving comments after a WOD! That was tough and it reminded me of how I felt after my first Prep Course workout! I’m not sure who was counting my burpees for me at the end but thanks for being there! I tried some DU after doing my strength but I whacked myself in the arms and legs so many times that I decided to stick with the singles… for now.
