    Fun Warm! A turtle on the ground passed me on my 300m med ball run. If I ever catch that smug SOB.
    WOD: Granny Scaled. 40lbs for the Clean and Jerks, DU=kbs at 20lbs.
    Time: 17:24
    I had a good time. I liked working on my six pack abs which are in there somewhere I am sure?
    I was just starting my 30 round of situs ups when Marie called time. Mental note to self… do not set up between Terry, Marie and Corinna for a Wod. Just joking. You guys are awesome.
