    Was thinking I was going to shoot for a PR on this one, but worked on Kevin’s suggestions a bit more. Thanks for the coaching sir!

    Ended up doing all OHS in two sets each round. Lost my balance each time when I tried to rush. DEAR FUTURE ME: MAINTAIN A GOOD consistent PACE…DON’T RUSH TO FAILURE.
    Most of the pull-ups after the first 20 were 2′s and 3′s, but I managed to get back on the bar pretty quick.
