        Thanks Lora! I am trying to keep my ego at the door when it comes to my lifts. BL (before Lydia) I did not worry about my knees caving inor how ugly the lift looked..I was all about lifting heavy. Hoping it will pay off soon so that I can get some lifting PRs.

    Loved the video. Just finished viewing number 3. I do not know what scared me more …the Boston Strangler or the Thruster style! I preferred the less aggressive styles like the Christmas lights and the Ski Bunny.

    I didn’t have a lot of time for strength today, and the racks were pretty full so I skipped it.

    Time – 17:00

    If you saw me cry today at the end of the WOD, those were “Holy crap, I just finished 100 Burpees and didn’t faint, puke, or die” tears. There was definitely nothing left in my when I was finished and it was an emotional experience, for some reason! I hope I didn’t make anyone feel uncomfortable.

    The support and encouragement was overwhelming (in a good way, trust me). You all pulled me through that one and it meant a lot! Special thanks to Amanda for counting me down, in the home-stretch, til the last burpee was done!

    Congrats to fellow 4:15ers (and everyone else, of course) for great performances!

      Great performance. I want to point out that of all the people I watched today, you had the most consistent proper burpee (chest to the floor, jump with arms up). Cudos for doing 100 GOOD burpees!

      Once again Robyn, I am beyond impressed with your perseverance. You have such drive and determination. I was happy I arrived early for my class…so I got to see your last round of burpees. That was pure grit! Very inspiring! 100 burpees is no joke! You should be VERY proud :-)

    I went out way too hard on the first round despite Jo telling us not to go ” balls to the wall”(1:10) and paid dearly for that mistake on the last 3 rounds!!!!! My shoulders were still burning on my drive home. I will practice your tip Lora on snaking my body up as opposed to doing 100 pushups!

    Wanted sub 10 so at least I obtained that!

    Congrats on your muscle up Jack!

      Nice work on the OHS. Your form is looking really good. Great job on the WOD too….you did 100 pushups AND 100 burpees ;-) No wonder your shoulders got tired.

    Very happy with how i did on this one last time i did a wod that was 100 burpees always took me over 10 mins so glad i got this in under 10 with 3 mins of rest in there that’s a PR to me! Back Squats felt really good too i can probably go a bit higher then that next time ill try for 300. Great job today everyone! I LOVE BURPEES!

      Great job Christine! Burpees are painful any day of the week, but ESPECIALLY on Mondays! Way to push through!

    congrats to all pm athletes who actually finished the 100 burpees with no air! must of been tough!

    was trying to laugh silently in bed this morning watching the squat video but the bed was shaking!! My fave was the plunger…LOL!!

    Interesting to track how performance drops off in each round. Also great to compare to Games wod 12.1 (80 burpess in 7 minutes). Then again we were jumping alot higher :) Sweaty, hot and tough – good work 4:15!
