    I started with the 20lbs dumbell and during the second round, I realize it was just not going to happen hahaha !! Continued with the 15lbs. This was a really hard one for me…

    You know when you have one of those days at the gym where your form looks like a demo video, you’re all about the PR and the WOD is effortless? – yeah, not like that today.

    I shouldn’t have celebrated the lack of running in today’s wod – think the CFT god’s are laughing at my expense :) Enjoy!

    Hard on the arms. Great to do some burpees again feels like its been a while. Almost regretted going with the #53 after the first round but glad i stuck to it felt better after geting the hang of it.

    20 Front Squats @ body weight. ( scaled to 120, my body weight in grade 7)
    30 pushups
    400m run with a 50lbs sandbag on my shoulders.

    Time = 4:40

    This was my first visit to another box. I think I was focusing more than normal on form during the strength and the WOD for fear of bringing shame on our box. Lol. It was fun and as it has been said before, it doesn’t matter where you go, CrossFit people are all great. It was a great visit and I look forward to visiting more boxes in the Maritimes on my travels.

      Regarding the muscle ups, are you working on the transition from under the rings to over the rings (on low rings, or with bands), Jack? If not, get one of the coaches to show you…it might help.
