Five rounds for total reps of:
135 pound Thruster, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
50 pound Weighted pull-up, 15 seconds
Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees, 15 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

Post total reps for all five rounds to comments.

This is Jackson’s first CrossFit Kids Class. He loves burpees just as much as his dad.

    WOD: 81 reps

    Thrusters @ 95 lbs, Burpees, pull ups ( strict)

    Fun WOD!

    Now I’m off for a family tour at Dorchester Federal Prison. Please note that I do not have family members serving at the Pen. lol! Laura is a psych nurse there and every couple of years they offer a family tour. Should be interesting…smiles..
