Our CrossFit Kids program officially kicks off on Wednesday, June 13th. The Kids of CrossFit Moncton will learn valuable skills and understand that fitness can be fun. They will develop confidence and a positive self-image. And they will get fit and make friends, all at the same time.

      I kept telling myself ‘there’s no way this little bugger can finish her last round before me if she’s not scaling her run or rounds’… but you did finish 6 seconds before and if it wasn’t fot that I would of probably took longer! Good job!

    Ok, it felt good…too good!
    I realized on the way home I accidentally took 60% of my Shoulder Press instead of my Push Press!…so I really should have been doing 95# in this WOD.
    Still, running felt pretty good as did the pull-ups so it was still a good workout.

    Had a great race with Corinna, she is freakin fast at PP, pullups, and obviously getting much faster on the run.. That was a great cardio WOD,, killed me!!
