A group of us were talking during warm up last week commenting on the number of people we know who are waiting for “something” to happen before they join Crossfit – “It looks great and as soon as I lose a few pounds I’m going to join”…or “Wow that’s amazing. As soon as I get in better shape I think I’ll give it a try”. We’ve all heard it or maybe even said it.

So here’s my admission of guilt – I’m guilty of the same thing about the Games. And it sounds like this – “I’ll sign up when I can do 10 double unders.” “I’ll be ready when I can T2B/box jump unbroken/do a HSPU” and on and on.

Well, time to forget all that…I’m in – all the way in. Thanks anyway Jeff but hang onto your $10 ’cause this one’s on me!

    Who’s with me?

Heather you rock!! You definitely have to go in it, I don’t even know what you were hesitating about!

And for everyone else who isn’t sure – don’t wait until you’re ‘good enough’, just sign up for the thrill of it because it’s an awesome experience!!

      WOW Heather!!
You’re so right!! I was wondering “What if I can’t do DU? or pull ups?? But we can probobly scale, right??
Well… I just need more info on this as Im not too sure what its all about… but with this comment, I will now at least informe myself more on it and if it fit my crazy sceduel, I will probobly join!!!
Thanks for the boost Heather!! :D

Thanks for the open gym Marc
