In my book its legal but not recommended… But it doesn’t say why not. Online there’s alot of debate about it too. What’s the deal?

Great time Dan! I’m looking forward to trying this one too. Compare that WOD to “Diane”. It’s the same number of reps for Deadlifts so I’m guessing your time would be pretty quick.

This was a very taxing workout, felt drained at the end of round two. The week of rest I just had didn’t seem to help me on this one…Great job 6:30 crew.
Got a PR of 4 consecutive Muscle-ups! … and the 4th was without false grip.
Should have used 225# but wasn’t feeling strong today. I haven’t lifted a lot of heavy weight in May.

I really think you should consult your nutritionist. They can explain all the ins and outs of food content and what’s right for your personal needs.
Chestnuts are good.
As you said, canola is up for debate. Recommend coconut oil for all your cooking needs.
