I forgot to post yesterday’s WOD results:
Time: 8:59 YUCK! YUCK! And I am not talking about the comedy festival! Probably my least favorite WOD so far at Cross Fit. I looked like a senior doing the burpee broad jumps.
Today the doubles were great but the sit-ups felt very slow. Last time I did Annie was exactly 1 year ago Feb 9th/2010 and time was 10:25 with bent knee sit-ups.
Strength: I have no idea what they were called, I was so excited to do a strength with my arms that I didn’t write anything down before Kevin left…opposite ring rows or something??
