    WOD: 3 rounds

    1 minute med ball cleans 22, 11, 15 (48)
    1 minute box jumps 22,21,23 (66)
    1 minute push-ups 25,21,20 (66)
    1 minute (kbs) 35# 30,22,28 (80)

    Total: 260

    I really enjoyed this WOD. Great job everyone!

    Total —> 218
    Not a very good score but it was a great atmosphere. I’m looking forward to getting back into a good routine in the new year.
