    That was a GREAT workout.

    Worked on muscle ups. Finally got 2 in a row yay!

    WOD: 30 burpee clean & jerks (95lbs)

    The message I got from Aimee’s story is that with the right coaching/guidance, disability can actually open doors instead of being an obstacle. Would paralympic athletes actually become athletes if they didn’t have a disability? Would Aimee have accomplished what she did if she wasn’t born with her disability?

    Practice Mucle ups

    wod: 30 burpees squat clean and jerk #65
    8:14 min (I might have done one or 2 reps more)
    After yesterday, I though that the push up will have been the challenge but the squat was actually way worst. Definitely harder than I expected!

    I am happy it is my rest day tomorrow, my legs are crying for a rest!

    WOD: 30 Burpee squat clean and jerks @ 65lbs
    Time: 7:28 (but my jerk was not perfect..my legs were to wide)

    Terrible leg burn. Great job MC! You always push me so hard! :)
    Thanks Marlene for the drive. I will take your next c@n’t burpees.

    Thanks for this video Kevin! Very powerful point of view to help with the power of hope to bring out capabilities in children. I believe her 100% as I see this everyday in Reid!
