    Practiced build-up skills.

    Hang Squat Snatch – 10 reps
    Did last three reps with 85#.

    It is a skill that requires technique and balance.
    Seems tame but I’m sure I’ll feel it tomorrow.

    Stuck in Havelock…any suggestions for a workout?
    - Going to work on Clean and Jerk but would love a bit of cardio/endurance stuff

      Burpee long jumps PLUS kettle bell swings. = death ;)

    Darn it! The internet was down at work, so I made up a WOD. But I will keep those in my back pocket for next time

    WOD: 5 rounds
    20 squats
    20 pushups
    20 situps
    20 double unders

    Good luck with the snatches tonight…tee hhee

    Well, I decided to give a try to the Hand Squat Snatch. It was the first time in almost a week that I was doing a movement that includes shoulder that much.

    I thought this morning this would be mainly shoulders…& yes it is, but my legs are feeling it too. This was a tricky move!

    35-45-50-55-60-65-70 Ran out of time. Like this lift, I think I was just starting to get into a good groove.

    45-55-65-75-80-85-90-95-100 (ran out of time but 95 and 100 came easier than 80 and 95 so I think I could have thrown up 105)
    Best feeling snatch I’ve done in a while!…….. what…. it’s true!

    Great job 6:30 crew!
