Goal for the new year: To be able to do all WODs as prescribed.
I want abs this year!

Focus on TECHNIQUE ! I need these Olympic lifts down!
Double unders!
Fall in love with burpees.
Goals: To qualify at the Eastern Canada Regionals. Tackle my weaknesses Dial in my diet
I snuck into the gym tonight.
Hang snatches x1 85-105-115-125-135-145-150
10 Handstand pushups with two 10# plates

8 Handstand pushups with ONE 10# plate
Overall, a really good session.
You should look into having an open gym time, I would love that! haha
give some time for people who want to work on things like snatches and stuff!
