    Goal for the new year: To be able to do all WODs as prescribed.

    Goal:

    Focus on TECHNIQUE ! I need these Olympic lifts down!

    Double unders!

    Fall in love with burpees.

    Goals:
    To qualify at the Eastern Canada Regionals.
    Tackle my weaknesses
    Dial in my diet

    I snuck into the gym tonight.

    Hang snatches x1

    10 Handstand pushups with two 10# plates

    Row 5k
    18:56.6

    8 Handstand pushups with ONE 10# plate

    Overall, a really good session.

      You should look into having an open gym time, I would love that! haha

      give some time for people who want to work on things like snatches and stuff!

    Nice work Kev!
    Looking forward to my first Saturday class tomorrow.

    Goal for this year is…. well sort of everything, but to focus on one, I’ve got to go with Ed and the double unders. After that…. then everything else.

    I want a pull-up in 2010. And depending on how quickly that happens, a muscle up too!
