    It talks about how to get your kids (I read it even if I don’t have kids) to eat clean, quality food….. great short article!

    Went to the gym tonight an ddid a WOD with Kevin!

    Weighted good mornings –> 5 reps
    45-65-95-115

    AMRAP 20 min:
    12 power snatches (65#)
    10 pushups

    14 rounds + 3 snatches.

    That WOd was a killer for the shoulders!

    Very hard after 1.5 weeks off of met-cons! Felt good though!

    Was able to sneak in with the lads so I could get the CFT done.

    CFT
    Squat 135 – 225 – 275 PR
    Press 135 – 175 – 180(F)
    DL. 235 – 315 – 395f – 385
    ————-
    835 PR by 50 :)
