Death by Clean and Jerks

November 13, 2009

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    Should have continue….but I didn’t!
    Jerk was the worst…I even had to do an extra one on my last round because I failed one of the jerk!!

    I wanted to do that WOD a lot but I jumped on the foam roller for 30 minutes….after that I didn’t want to do that WOD anymore! :D
