November 10, 2009

The war ended on 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918.

To honor the Veterans, our workout for the day is as follows:

In 19:18, complete as many rounds as possible of:
11 Box Jumps
11 Dumbbell Swings
11 Lunges

    First time I did full box jumps (no steps) for and entire WOD!

    I did some shoulder presses while the crews were warming up!!!!!!

    Shoulder press –> 3-3-3-3-3
    45-65-85-95-100-105-110-115(2 reps)-120(1 reps!!!!!) YAHOOOOOO

    I finally broke the 115# mark, now sky is the limit! :D

    We had some good intensity at the gym tonight. Both crews worked hard on that WOD.
