    Clean, Fr Squat, Push press,Back Squat, Push Press,return
    Complete 5 rounds
    45-65-85-105-125(got 4 reps in)

    My first Bear- yay! Could have battled through I think but managed to almost rip my pinky off so had to dump it ;)

    Did this last Monday too with a time of 29:32

    wod ”The bear”
    5 rounds of 7 reps: Power clean-front squat-Push Press-Back squat- Push press
    45-55-65-75(failed at sixth reps)-80 (failed at sixth reps)
    Last time Feb.3rd I failed at 60.
    Huge disappointment! I couldn’t figure how to do the push press from a back squat. The form was horrible and the weight was going out of control. Others than that…the others movements didn’t felt heavy!! I guess I need to practice back push press.
    My 3 words of the wod: Back-Press-Suck! …but I still love crossfit! :)

    Since I want to recover that right adductor, I decided to take the day off and rest!
    Anyways, I wasn’t attracted by that run…hehehe

    Great push tonight on the run guys!!!!
    Heidi didn’t want to do the 5k run and killed it!! Great job!

    Also, Gwen finished her fundamental classes tonight!! Good job! Can’t wait to see you in the gym!
