5 rounds of 7 reps: Power clean-front squat-Push Press-Back squat- Push press
45-55-65-75(failed at sixth reps)-80 (failed at sixth reps)
Last time Feb.3rd I failed at 60.
Huge disappointment! I couldn’t figure how to do the push press from a back squat. The form was horrible and the weight was going out of control. Others than that…the others movements didn’t felt heavy!! I guess I need to practice back push press.
