    I’M SORE!!! (Note to myself….never take a crossfit week off) So glad it’s rest day!! :)

    Woohoo day of rest here too!! Not that I’m excited or anything. The past two weeks have treated us to some pretty tough WOD’s. For those training today, have fun… and for those resting… enjoy!!
