    First time running in almost 2 months..and unfortunately I still needed to slow down for respiration issues. I wish I have Bryan lungs!! Other than that…it’s good to be back!! YAY!! :)

    I really enjoyed this one. I liked the mix of cardio and upper body strength (which I need to work on as much as possible)

    Strength: Back Squats 3×95-3×95-3×115-3×125-3×135

    WOD: Amrap 15min with 65# bar –> 10 rounds flat (I think the clock stopped sometime during my last run)
