Wow that was a hard workout. I’m definity glad I wasn’t even using the women’s prescribed weight!! Great job everyone and I’m gonna be wearing my new bright orange shirt on thursday!
what about if we go this weekend?
we could leave saturday mid to late afternoon say around 4ish. that would give everyone ample time to get home from the workout and pack etc. We could maybe do a trail early evening or just relax. we could could then wake up sunday and get some trails in.
Let me know your thoughts.
