    FYI to everyone with a bike:
    there is a critical mass being held tomorrow (friday) starting at moncton city hall at 530. basically a bunch of folks on bikes get together, and ride in a big pack around town for a bit together on the road to raise awareness of sharing the road, environmental responsibility and increased health benefits.

    you could ride around a bit then skip off to the gym for a good WOD for 630 still!

    Krista- Yesterday I saw your message a few minutes before 6…and just had a big piece of chocolate cake (my stomach was not in shape for a bike ride). I might go tomorrow if I am not working too late. Worst case..I’ll check your website for the next ride!! :)

    this is the best present of all! My birthday was yesterday so although I wish I could join you all, enjoy the 37 burpees for me and the 40 burpees for Sean! 77 burpees – YUCK! Enjoy!

    I think I need to clarify the Birthday Burpees. In order for the class to do them, you have to actually be at the gym doing a workout on that day (unless it’s a Sunday).
