“Fight Gone Bad!“
Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

so, a follow up from yesterday’s conversation… Gabrielle, Krista and I are in for the burpee challenge. (adding a burpee/day for 100 days)

I attempted it last year as well…I think I got to day 40 and threw in the towel…the more the merrier.

so, how about starting on April’s fool day, no joke. We’ll end on July 8th, I think. And we can all do 68 burpees after the Moncton Subaru! yay!

It’s a build up to a Century. 1 shot of beer on day 1, 2 shots on day 2, etc.
It’s a little more expensive than the burpee challenge, but WAY more fun!
Kevin – Let’s start that after the Qualifiers!
That will make a total of 5050 burpees in 100 days.
Thats mean at my birthday, I will have to do 23 burpees x 2!!!
Oh, speaking of Birthday’s! There’s a new thing!
If it’s your birthday, and you come to the gym on your birthday, everyone else has to do your age in burpees. It’s our way of saying Happy Birthday to you!
On your birthday, isn’t suppose to be a “good day”. So everyone except the birtday person should do the burpees, include the trainer! lol
Kevin, I think you may have actually found a way to get people to lie about being older than they really are
(That is, people that are already old enough to drink!)
I have all the waiver forms…there will be no lying
Janine – I’m not ready to make that commitment to Burpee just yet. I’m sure I would forget about him all the time and/or push him to the side the second a hotter, sexier WOD shows up. And that just wouldn’t be fair. I’ll save him the heartache.

100 day beer challenge as training en route to a real century (or more) after the games! To quote Homer “mmmm….beer” 8)
I actually did 150 shots of beer in a row once in University (and house rules said no peeing allowed)…dont think I’d make it too far without bathroom priviledges these days…
thats 150 shots in 150 minutes….no bathroom allowed.
i think that we’ll end up doing MORE burpees with Kevin’s new burpee plan than if we did our own for our birthdays – there’s something like 6 birthdays in april! and my birthday falls on a sunday so i don’t get to see everyone do them for me
april 1st, i’m in janine. savour tomorrow ladies – and sean – it will be our last burpee free day for a while – and Kevin – you BETTER not post any in tomorrow’s WOD! or there might be mutiny ..
on top of 68 burpees for the subaru duathlon, i’ll also get to do 64 on the day of the first 5 hour race of the year and NINETY-SIX the day of the wentworth endurance mountain bike race!! Oi!
