The gym will be closed tonight due to the play. If you’re interested in going to see it, Friday’s show is sold out, and as of 11pm last night, there were 18 tickets left for Saturday’s show.

Come prepared tomorrow morning for the CrossFit Total.

Break a leg” is a well-known saying in theatre which means “good luck”. It is typically said to actors before they go out onto stage to perform.

The expression reflects a theatrical superstition in which wishing a person “good luck” is considered bad luck. The expression is sometimes used outside the theatre as superstitions and customs travel through other professions and then into common use.

    ”MERDE” That’s the expression in French for ”good luck” in Theatre. I don’t know why, because that word generally mean something else (I think you know enough French to understand). Anyway… “Merde Kevin!!” :)

    Thank you, I’ve just been searching for information about this subject for ages and yours is the greatest I have discovered till now. But, what about the conclusion? Are you sure about the source?
