Always thought that Tony Robbins was cheezy – but this is a really moving talk.

Well, I installed my rings in my garage yesterday!

    So today, I am trying “Barbara”… :D

    I love TED.

I agree with Joel. I always thought Robbins was a little too much, but this was good. Thanks for posting Kevin.

I agree, he always seemed a little too eccentric. Glad you liked this video.

    Good luck Pierre.

I just finished “Barbara”….I almost throw up at the situps at 3rd & 4th rounds! :(

I don’t know if it was because of the gas smell in my garage or the WOD! :)

    Anyways, here is my results:

    “Barbara”

Five rounds of, each for time:

    20 pullups
    30 pushups
    40 situps
    50 squats

Rest 3 min. between each round.

    1- 4m30s
    2- 4m39s
    3- 5m5s
    4- 5m14s
    5- 5m24s

Total: 24:52 (not including the 3 min rests)

We did “Barbara” Oct. 4th…here was my time.

    1- 4:05
    2- 5:06
    3- 6:29
    4- 6:25
    5- 7:33

    Total: 29m38s

So I cut off (1) full rounds off my time (5min) …that’s awesome!
And I have a much more steady pace.

Pierre – Barbara is one of the few WODs that makes me feel sick every time!

Kevin, Great link to big Tony. He always speaks from his heart and is really trying to inspire us all. Just what I needed to see this evening. Thanks. Dave

I managed to do “Barbara” the other day with a work time of 28:13.

Didn’t record how long it took for each set but will next time. It was a killer and I opened up my hand again with this one!

Next day on the main Crossfit website was the video on how not to cut open the hands, how ironic!
