    Well, I did 30 muscle-ups for time…

    I did 21 real muscle-ups…and 9 jumping ones.

    Time: 40:34

    Didn’t go that good but anyways, it is a start.

    I am putting my rings in my garage tonight, so I will be able to practice them more often now.

    I’m glad you finished them!

    I did the CrossFit Total today.

    BS – 135, 225, 275 (PR)
    Press – 95, 115 (F), 105 (horrible)
    DL – 225, 315, 360 (PR)

    Total – 740 – Tied PR

    Look now! Check out Feb 8, 2008. Before I had a gym and equipment, this is the workout I did instead of the one that was posted.

    Jeanette I agree and he wouldn’t scale it down for the eldest. However, I did finsih it in 25:29. Of course I can barely move today and every step is painful. It may be a tylenol day.
