    Yes Sean, you can do 450 single unders.

    i’m with you pierre – DUs are not my forté either
    but practice makes better – i’m going to use my squats to help keep up :)

    Well, I officially hate Db-unders…..I am mad at myself now.

    5 roudns for time of:

    30 DB-unders
    30 situps
    30 Pullups (instead of squats)

    Finished only 3 rounds…and I am still angry at those db-unders.
    Anybody wants to get drunk tonight so I can forgot about my poor performance??
    It was the first time that I couldn’t finish a WOD….:(

    yoga at lunch 45min

    CFWU x 2 (kipping) ran out of time for full warm up due to kipping practice

    strength: front squats 7-7-7
    warm up 35(7) 55-75-95

    WOD: 5 rounds for time
    30 double unders
    30 sit ups (open legged)
    30 squats

    time – 17:03
