50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
For time:
Wall-ball 20-pound ball, 50 reps
30 Pull-ups
Wall-ball 20-pound ball, 30 reps
20 Pull-ups
Wall-ball 20-pound ball, 20 reps
15 Pull-ups
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
60 Mountain Climbers
15 L-Pull-ups
15 Good Mornings
