    Holy PR’s Batman!! What a great day for everyone!

    The DL’s felt pretty solid today.

    135,225,265,285,305

    Did Annie (50-40-30-20-10 Double unders and situps)

    Time – 7:56 (over 2 min PR)

    Tried for max box jump and failed miserably. Missed the jump at 44″ and now both legs are missing skin and bruised. God I love CrossFit!!

    125, 135, 145, 150, 155 PR (felt I could do more)

    “Annie”
    50-40-30-20-10 (Double Unders & Sit-ups)
    Time: 9:26

    I did all double unders this time. The w/o felt really good.

    Good PR day for me too!!

    Deadlifts
    135-185-225-250-270 (PR by 20#)

    ”Annie” – I did it as rx`d with db unders…it took me a while but that`s the only way I can get better at it.

    Time: 16:31

    Max box jumps
    49.75” (PR by 1”)…..I tried 50.75” and failed badly.
    Now I can barely walk on my left ankle.

    Anyways, Kevin will have to post the video of me…..I want to see how I landed.

    Annie??? I love that one. Great job guys. Congrats on all the deadlift PRs.

    Well..it doesn’t look too good for my ankle.
    It is still swollen and I can’t put any weights on it.
    I have been putting ice on it since 11:30.

    Thanks Crossfit to make my legs really strong.
    Walk up the stairs on 1 leg is pretty fun!! :D

    **ANKLE UPDATE**

    I just came back from the emergency (after 6 hours there)…I thought I had a broken ankle but it came out it is ”just” a bad sprain!!!

    I will probably do some physio to be sure I don`t end up with a weak ankle after.

    It can take from 1 to 3 weeks to heal properly, so hopefully I will be in good shape for Boston next weekend.

    This week will be ”rest week” for me! :(

    Pierre – killer landing. I think you even bounced :) Enjoy your rest…I was away all last week but actually needed the time off because I really messed up my knee doing the killer cards of death (or whatever they were called) last Monday night. Even today still not 100% but will see y’all tonight…
