The picture is not good since I am not in 2nd place for max push-ups!
I want to be able to do the muscle-ups tonight.
That’s why I posted it!
Before the WOD, we’ll go over muscle ups.
Wish I could play with the boys tonight but I’ll be sitting this one out. I have some business to take care of in Shediac.

Haven’t done muscle ups in a long time and they felt horrible tonight.
Woohoo, I am happy tonight!! I did my first muscle-ups and I almost broke my left hand on my third one..but that’s a small detail.
I did all real muscle-ups during this WOD…no jumping at all.
I have less skin on my right hand and it hurts but I don’t care.

Some day I’ll be able to do muscle ups. Great w/o.
Rest day for me, but I thought I’d run a mile cause, well, I wanted to, and wasn’t gonna take too long.
