Wish I could play with the boys tonight but I’ll be sitting this one out. I have some business to take care of in Shediac.

Woohoo, I am happy tonight!! I did my first muscle-ups and I almost broke my left hand on my third one..but that’s a small detail.
I did all real muscle-ups during this WOD…no jumping at all.
I have less skin on my right hand and it hurts but I don’t care. :D

Rest day for me, but I thought I’d run a mile cause, well, I wanted to, and wasn’t gonna take too long.

    Run 1 mile – 7:32 (800m loop x 2)

Congratulations on the Muscle-Ups Pierre. That’s awesome!
