As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 DB swings
10 wall ball shots
15 double unders
I know this was posted on Sunday, but it was such a great workout that everyone will get to try it.
Five rounds for time of:
Deadlift, 15 reps
Hang power clean, 12 reps
Front Squat, 9 reps
Push Jerk, 6 reps

Utilizing the resources of CrossFitMom and the guidance of her own physician, CrossFit Watertown trainer Melissa Reed was able to CrossFit safely throughout her entire pregnancy. She completed her last WOD just 12 hours before delivering a beautiful baby boy.
Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
Drop-ins are from 9-10am and the regular class is from 10-11am.
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 SDHPs
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Tomorrow will be the first official indoor workout. You need to purchase a membership or a 100-punch pass for the workouts. Depending on interest, I may offer a Saturday morning drop-in workout for $10. That way, it gives the paying members a chance to get the quality training they deserve, while still allowing others to check it out or get in one awesome workout per week.
