    Nice video!! I could have been quicker on my running. To me, I looked really slow. Next time.

    Great video! We have been talking about doing the official PARE or awhile … this might spark some more interest!

    The PARE is definetly one of those workouts you underestimate.
    Great push machine imatation too. Carefull, guys giving the PARE test might recruit you. lol

    Anyone else have a bruise (or bruises) on their upper arms?
    My left is worse than my right.

    Looks like I was really jostling with a “suspect”. —-ah CrossFit…Love it!!

    1:31 / 1:34 / 1:33 / 1:35

    No PRs tonight, but these times were a lot more consistent than when I did this in August. I’m happy with it.

    I was really happy with my times considering sprints are my weakness.
