Pierre and I will be running a 6km Cross Country Race this morning. We’ll see if our training has paid off.

Surprise WOD tonight was the Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE). Sub 4:45 puts you in the RCMP. Sub 3 puts you in SWAT. Then we did max pushups for fun!
CrossFit is not just for young, fitness-frenzied athletes. It’s scalable so that anyone, of any age or fitness level can do it.
