    Four Rounds for time of:
    25 SDHP (with lat pull-down bar since the Y doesn’t have any dowels)
    25 Squats
    25 Jumping Pull-Ups

    9:40

    Ouff… glutes feel tight after that one.

    i may try to do a quick workout as i am going to see blue man group :o )

    went to Elton John and as we walked in to the coliseum we got pulled aside by a fella who works for Elton and he ended up giving us front row tickets …and when he came out for an encore i got my tickets signed by him …what great luck :o )
