Let’s start the week out with a good one!

20 rounds (yes, 20) of:

5 Burpees
5 Box jumps
5 Situps
5 Pullups
5 Wall ball

    Like Jeanette said, it was a great workout and the temperature was perfect for an outdoor training!

    It was a great workout ….another one added to the growing list :o )

    still hard to believe that Jeanette had the slowest time for the sled drag …poor little Jeanette ;o)
