It’s finally here. I’ve been keeping this WOD a secret for too long. Sometimes, I look around at other affililate websites to see what they’re up to. I recently came across CrossFit Emerald Coast and one of their workouts. I immediately said to myself “We’re doing that!”

So here it is…”My Aching Balls

3 rounds for time of:
400m run with a med ball
15 med ball deadlift shrugs
15 med ball front squats
15 med ball cleans
15 med ball jerks

    18:28 with 23# and the biggest damn ball

    Got my first two muscle ups today! :)

    Good workout! Loved it all. I tried to catch up on the reps but the run just killed me
    My mom is gonna love that picture haha. Xander… Im sorry to hear that m8 haha

    CFWU x 1 – was late due to last minute eating

    i used a 13 lb meb ball
    time: 15:01

    i was still sore from tuesday’s SDHPs, tomorrow i might not walk :)

    14:27 with Smiley, the 10lb ball.

    That 400m run was a killer. I might not make it out of bed tomorrow.
