It’s finally here. I’ve been keeping this WOD a secret for too long. Sometimes, I look around at other affililate websites to see what they’re up to. I recently came across CrossFit Emerald Coast and one of their workouts. I immediately said to myself “We’re doing that!”
So here it is…”My Aching Balls“
3 rounds for time of:
400m run with a med ball
15 med ball deadlift shrugs
15 med ball front squats
15 med ball cleans
15 med ball jerks

I knew that we would have run tonight….but I didn’t expect running with a med ball.

Wahn, wahn… sucky night for me. Guess this means I have to work twice as hard for the rest of the week.

Good workout! Loved it all. I tried to catch up on the reps but the run just killed me

i was still sore from tuesday’s SDHPs, tomorrow i might not walk

That 400m run was a killer. I might not make it out of bed tomorrow.

Thats right i’ve finally got around to posting my time for a WOD. Yay me
