We have a few sets of rings that came in, so we’ll try our hands at learning the muscle-up tonight, followed by a lovely workout.
3 rounds of:
100 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls (dowel only)
20 Pullups
30 Box Jumps

Last ones felt a tad heavy…still feeling Murph from yesterday and still not fully recovered from the 60k run.

Those burpees were easier than the first time I did some 2 weeks ago now…I feel that I improved a lot.

30 Handstand push-ups (with my feet on the wall and just about 2-3” movement in my arms
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 poods (minus the kettlebell….:) )
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

But I did some mod. on this WOD since I didn’t have a kettlebell and the handstand skills to do real handstand push-ups.
I did that Wod too Pierre. Brutal!

WOW! Great work Pierre! I almost tackled that WOD without a KB, but opted for the CF Moncton Workout from Yesterday instead… Did the SDHP as best I could, slight jump on the pull;-ups and still trying to get Box Jumps down, using a 12″ box, I tend to lead with one leg for some reason… Time 21:15 AND 100 Mosquito bites in Riverview at Claude D Taylor!

Good job Kev on the WOD….I will have to try this one with a kettlebell soon.
Really a kettlebell swing w/o a kettlebell is like doing pull-ups without a bar to pull you up.
