25 Walking lunge steps
25 Pull-ups
50 Box jumps
Run 400m
25 Knees to elbows
25 Dips
50 Sit-ups
Run 400m

    Kneed to elbows kills my inner child.

    I should be there tonight, I need to get home then bike over. so I will see how this goes.

    Doesnt look Like Im going to make it. I will try and get to a park to do it tomorow and post my time.

    Felt good for all of it except the K2E’s. Those suck!

    After the early workout on Saturday, I’m headed to hike Mt.Katahdin in Maine with my brother. Should be a sweet time!

    Was still sore as hell but went for it anyways, a few drops fell it was nice!

    Did 2 rounds of 400M run after just to improve
