Run 3k (For time)

16:08 - PR by 22secs.  

The first time I ran this loop was 20Apr and my time was 18:57.  I&#039;m not sure if that&#039;s a decent improvement but I&#039;m happy with it... considering I HATE running.  My goal is sub 15mins before the snow comes.]]></description>
